摘 要

无锡市佳天纺织品有限公司是一家以印染纺织品为主的企业,在加工的过程中产生了大量的印染废水。废水的色度大且含有大量的有机物,大大加深了处理的难度,倘若直接排入河流等水体,会给水体环境造成很大的危害,给人类生活也会严重的影响。为避免环境污染,需要对印染废水进行处理的同时,对剩余污泥也要做有效处置使其达标排放。

本着低造价、低运行成本、高自动化程度、高处理效率的原则,本课题采用UBF处理工艺处理印染废水,通过物理化学生物综合工艺处理达到理想的废水处理效果。首先,废水经格栅去除绝大粗大固体杂物后进入调节沉淀池,调节PH值和整流,同时增加曝气装置,对印染废水进行预曝气处理。然后调节池出水一部分进入UBF反应池,积累水中的微生物,降解部分有机物,截留污泥;一部分进入水解酸化池进行水解酸化反应。水解酸化池和UBF出水自流至好氧生物接触氧化池进行好氧生化处理,降低废水的COD和BOD,其出水在进入混凝沉淀池去除剩余有机物,进而在无阀过滤池中去除微细颗粒及胶体物质,以提高出水水质。为了确保废水水质达标,在无阀滤池后增加生物炭池进行深度处理,使出水完全达标排放。混凝沉淀池中剩余污泥被泵送至污泥浓缩池,经带式压滤机压滤后外运填埋。

ABSTRACT

Wuxi good days Textile Co., Ltd. is a textile-based printing business, it generated a lot of dyeing wastewater in the course of processing. Wastewater chroma large and contains a lot of organic matter, greatly enhance the difficulty of treatment, if discharged directly into rivers and other water bodies, water environment will cause great harm to human life will be severely affected. In order to avoid environmental pollution, and the need for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, for the effective disposal of sludge has to be done to make it meet emissions standards.

The principle of low cost, low operating costs, high degree of automation, high processing efficiency, this project uses UBF treatment Process wastewater, wastewater treatment to achieve the desired effect by physical chemical and biological Comprehensive Process. First, the vast majority of waste water after removing coarse grid solid debris into the regulation of the sedimentation tank, adjust the PH value and rectification, while increasing the aeration device for printing and dyeing wastewater pre-aeration process. Then adjust the portion tank effluent into the UBF reaction cell, accumulation of microorganisms in the water, partially decomposed organic matter, retain sludge; part into the pool acid hydrolysis the hydrolysis acidification. Hydrolysis acidification tank effluent gravity and UBF to aerobic biological contact oxidation pond aerobic biological treatment to reduce the COD and BOD, the effluent entering the coagulation and sedimentation tank to remove the remaining organic matter, and thus in no valve filter to remove fine particles and pool colloidal material, in order to improve water quality. In order to ensure the quality of waste water compliance, increase in non-valve filter after biochar pool depth treatment, the effluent discharge standards completely. Coagulating sedimentation tank sludge is pumped to the sludge thickener, after the belt filter press filter press Sinotrans landfill.
