摘 要

在我国经济高速发展的同时,污水处理事业也取得了较大的发展,已有一批城市兴建了污水处理厂,一大批工业企业建设了工业废水处理厂(站),更多的城市和工业企业在规划、筹建和设计污水处理厂。水污染防治、保护水环境,造福子孙后代的思想也更加深入人心。

本设计是以枣庄城市建设需要,综合考虑服务区范围内生活、工业及其他产生的污水量,以及污水集中处理系统建设的可操作性为根据,设计日处理量为5万m3的枣庄第二污水处理厂,污水厂尾水排入功能类别为Ⅲ类水体的大沙河中。

设计主要构筑物包括沉砂池、厌氧池、氧化沟和二沉池。主要处理技术是厌氧池加氧化沟处理的A2/O工艺,具有处理工艺及构筑物简单、无初沉池和污泥消化池、泥龄长、剩余污泥少且容易脱水、处理效果稳定等特点,同时还具有氧化沟的一些特点:具有独特的水力流动特点,有利于活性污泥的生物凝聚作用,而且可以将其工作区分为富氧区、缺氧区,用以进行硝化和反硝化作用,取得脱氮的效果;BOD负荷低,类同于活性污泥法的延时曝气系统;对水温、水质、水量的变动有较强的适应性等。

The Second Sewage Treatment Plant Process Design of Zaozhuang, Shandong Province

ABSTRACT

In the high-speed economic development in our country, the sewage treatment business also achieved great development, a batch of city sewage treatment plant has been built, a large number of industrial enterprises had built industrial wastewater treatment plants (station),at the same time, more and more urban and industrial enterprises is planning or designing the sewage treatment plant. The Water pollution prevention and protection of water environment, the benefit of future generations is being thinking more deeply.

Judged by the city construction need, comprehensive consideration within the scope of service life, industry and other produce the amount of sewage, and sewage processing system of the construction of the intensive based on operability, design the second sewage treatment plant with the daily capacity of 50000 m3, the tail water discharged into the Shahe which palyed the role of functional category for Ⅲ class.

Te main structures include grit chamber, anaerobic tank oxidation ditch, and the second pond. The main processing technology is A2 / O process which contains anaerobic tank plused the oxidation ditch,it has the effect of simple rocessing technology and the structure, no early pond and sludge digester, longer sludge age, less surplus sludge and easy for dehydration , stable treatment, etc, at the same time,it has some features about oxidation ditch,such as the unique characteristics of hydraulic flow, is advantageous to the activated sludge biological coagulation effect, its workspace can be divided into oxygen enrichment zone and anoxic zone, for nitrification and denitrification, the effect of the denitrification; BOD load is low, analogous to delay aeration activated sludge process system; has a strong adaptability of the change of water temperature, water quality, water quantity, etc.
